Refund policy

Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your art, please contact me at kasey@tdlart.com so we can discuss the best course of action. Undamaged returns can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs. A few exceptions are:

Non-returnable items:

  • Commissioned art
  • Downloaded products

Refunds (if applicable)
For returned items: Once your return is received and inspected and deemed to be in original condition, we will send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund.

Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please email kasey@tdlart.com with clear, up close photos documenting the damage so we can discuss compensation and/or replacement options. It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase! 

Shipping
To return your product, email kasey@tdlart.com for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You're encouraged to choose return shipping that is trackable and to purchase shipping insurance.
