When my mind is cluttered, I often wish I had a tool to “clean out the detritus”. Yoga and meditation help, but the ADHD in me finds it difficult to clean house, so to speak. When I look at this painting, it makes me think of the debris clogging up a tributary. If only it were cleaned, the water would flow again.
